HI. I'M GEMMA, FOUNDER OF THERAPY WITHIN

I’ve been a dedicated practitioner of holistic treatments since 2020. One of my favourite parts of my job is to empower my clients in understanding their bodies through discovering the gentle power of services such as Reiki and Crystal healing. My passion for alternative healing comes from a phenomenal personal experience which kick started my entire business and so I know first hand, just how powerful it can be.

As an experienced massage therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between traditional methods of treatments and holistic healing; all whilst providing a comfortable and safe atmosphere at my studio in Bedford.

I am always reengaging with my knowledge as a therapist and I am committed to learning new skills and integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice.
